Akhilesh Yadav slams Yogi government on law and order situation in the state

Taking jibe on Saharanpur’s incident of attack on SSP’s residence, Former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav slammed Yogi government on the prevelant law and order situation in the state.

“During our regime the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leaders used to call as party of goons and we were running police station. Now in the present scenario what does BJP leaders want to say when their partyworkers are terrorisin the government officials,” said yadav while talking to reporters at Samajwadi Party (SP) state office on Wednesday.

He alleged that since the BJP has come into power, the crime rate has increased where numerous incidents have been reported.

Speaking on the attack on Saharanpur SSP’s house some which was led by a BJP MP, he said now all eyes are on the chief minister and his party after the incident. We want to see what action will be taken against the miscreants who attacked SSP’s residence.

From past couple of days, SP National President Akhilesh Yadav had been expressing displeaure with media and its reporting. Again in the press conference, he came down heavily on the media and said, “During my tenure, whenever any crime took place in state the TV channels used to show my pictures along with it. Now I will see how many of them dares to do the same with the present CM if any crime takes place in the state.”

Expressing disppointment on Chhattisgarh massacre of CRPF jawans by Maoists, he said the central government should come up with a proper plan to end the problem and save the lives.
