a picture of Rajasthan’s health minister and BJP leader Kalicharan Saraf has gone viral on social media in which he appears to be openly urinating. When the media asked the minister about this, he replied that this is not a big issue.
As per municipal rules, those who urinate openly on the streets may have to pay a fine of Rs 200. In this connection, the media persons went to his office and tried to ask Minister Kalicharan Saraf to ask about it, he refused to say anything further.
Commenting on it, Vice President Rajasthan Congress Archana Sharma told the media that while the central government is spending millions of rupees on clean India campaign. Such leaders are giving a wrong message to the society by doing shameful act.
Sharma further said that, during the Dholpur by-election, when he was going together, even then Saraf had such an act.
This is not the first instance when such cases related to BJP leaders have come up. Earlier too, a picture went viral when the Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh urinated on the roadside.
