The friend turned foe, Shiv Sena has fired a fresh salvo on Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) led central government, for appoint of former BJP leaders on the post of Governors across the nation. Sena is concerned about neglecting other allies of NDA when it comes to selection of Governors.
In a recently published piece in Party’s mouthpiece ‘Samnaa’, Sena said there are several other allies in the NDA who have experienced and senior leaders on whom such responsibility can be entrusted. None would deny if such posts (Governor) are offered to them. However, holding full majority with their MPs, the chances are less that BJP would listen to word of allies.
Recently, VP Singh was appointed as Governor of Punjab and while Najma Heptullah was given Manipur and Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands was given to Jagdish Mukhi.
The Sena again launched attack on Central government saying that there is no change in ruling pattern only BJP has replace congress.
