Fake Cow Vigilantes don’t care what PM says; another incident of beating in Andhra Pradesh

Even the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s words were ineffective to discourage the ‘Cow Vigilantes’ in the country as yet another case of dalit beating came into light.

The incident took place on Tuesday (August 9), in the Eastern district of Godavari of Andhra Pradesh a cow died due to electric shock. After picking up the dead cow, two Dalit men were de-skinning the dead animal in isolated place.

Seeing them, the ‘cow vigilantes’ got active and a mob allegedly trashed them. According to police this incident happened in Andhra Pradesh`s Amlapuram district.

As reported, the Cow died due to electric shock was to be buried and its owner gave the work of de-skinning to two dalits brothers Mokati Alisha and Lajar on Monday night. When the information of de-skinning the cow was passed on to self styled Gau-Rakshak, they rushed to the place and first alleged that the duo have killed the cow then beat them brutally.

Later, they were admitted in a hospital of Amlapuram district, the condition of Mokati Alisha is critical.
