FIR lodged against union minister Giriraj Singh for illegal possession of land

An FIR has been lodged against Union Minister Giriraj Singh for illegal possession of a land in Danapur area of Patna district. Following the orders of Patna Divisional Court on Wednesday, in Danapur Police Station (Case No. 54/2018) FIR was registered against the Minister. The charge against him is that he has forcibly taken possession of two acres land.

After the FIR was lodged against Giriraj Singh, RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav attacked the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. While tweeting on this issue, Tejaswi Yadav said that Giriraj Singh is the same minister from whose house crores of cash was seized, despite that he is honest.

Tejaswi has questioned Nitish Kumar that under his nose, senior BJP leader and Union Minister Giriraj Singh has illegally occupied two acres land, so now will you end the alliance with BJP Will? Will the Chief Minister resign after listening to his conscience now?

Tejaswi said, “Now where has Nitish Kumar’s ethics gone and why he is not making statements Giriraj Singh’s case?”

Tejaswi also attacked BJP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and said that once he used to spread rumours and expose people, now why he is sitting quietly on the issue of Giriraj Singh?
