Have you ever been stuck in a slow and irritating traffic? A Chinese company developed a solution for that! A 72 feet long, 26 feet wide and 16 feet high bus was successfully tested in China, which could end traffic complications.
The 16 feet high bus is called “Transit Elevated Bus” and it runs on rails which are built along the city streets easily making way for cars to pass beneath it. The bus runs on electricity and has a maximum capacity of 300 passengers, which might be able to solve China’s traffic problem.
Although there are several questions to be answered, whether how it could be able to pass through overhead bridges? How would larger vehicles like Trucks can pass through it? All these can be answered only after a full trial in a city in central China but unfortunately it would not take place until mid-2017.
