Heavy rains and flood affected normal life in Telangana; NDRF and Army on standby

The heavy rains in Telangana capital Hyderabad and other parts of state have thrown normal life out of gear.

Reviewing the flood situation occurs due to heavy rains Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has directed the officials to setup control rooms in all the districts of the state these control rooms will help the people in case of relief and rescue operation.

In the meantime Army personnel have also reached Telangana capital and recently they visited Ranga Reddy district to assess the situation occurred due to floods.

As per the official statement released by the Chief Minister, the NDRF team has been kept on standby for necessary rescue and even the army has arrived to help the people if required.

Due to frequent trains the low lying areas of Hyderabad are completely cut off from the city the municipal corporation and some local NGOs come forward to provide essential food items in the relief effect in the flood affected areas.

According to Met Department a very heavy rains are likely to occur in the isolated place of Telangana.
