India levelled the four-match Test cricket series against Australia as the hosts prevailed in the second match by 75 runs here on Tuesday.
India, who were bowled out for 274 in their second innings, setting a target of 188 for Australia to win the match, dismissed the visitors for 112.
It was Ravichandran Ashwin, who took six wickets for 41 and helped India to a 75-run win over Australia on Day 4 of the second Test in Bangalore. India after setting a target of 188, rode on Ashwin’s spin to dismiss the Kangaroos for 112. The four-match series is now level at 1-1.
