Normalcy returns in violence-affected Kasganj, Police using drone to monitor

After the communal violence erupted in the Kasganj district of Uttar Pradesh on January 26, life is now getting back on track again. Since January 26 the police has detained 112 persons.

Even on Sunday morning, the miscreants damaged some shops, but the police controlled the situation, following which the curfew was revoked.

But officials of the police and administration not showing laxity, they are keeping an eye on every part of the district. Police are also using Drone cameras monitored with the help of the drone camera.

CM Yogi has announced compensation of Rs 20 lakh for the kin of youth killed in the violence. Police teams are raiding different areas for arresting the persons involved in the riots. Section 144 has been imposed in the city of Kasganj.
