Owaisi demands three years imprisonment for people who call Indian Muslim as ‘Pakistani’

The President of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen and MP Asaduddin Owaisi has demanded a special law for the Indian Muslims. He demanded that the people who call Indian Muslims as Pakistani should be punished by the law.

In past few years, Indian Muslims are constantly termed as Pakistanis or they are asked to go to Pakistan, which hurts their sentiments. Now Asaduddin Owaisi wants that such a rhetoric against the Indian Muslims should be dealt strongly under a law.

Speaking in the Lok Sabha yesterday, he said that special laws should be made for the rights of Muslims living in India, in which provision of punishment should be made for the people who call Indian Muslims as Pakistanis. Such people should be punished for 3 years in jail.
