UP police stopped VHP and Bajrang Dal’s Tiranga Yatra in Agra

After communal violence in Kasganj, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal tried to take out Tiranga Yatra in Agra and Ferozabad but Uttar Pradesh Police stopped them from doing so. Police say that they did not have permission for this yatra, following which they were not allowed to proceed.

Since morning, workers of VHP and Bajrang Dal started collecting in Agra and Ferozabad to carry out Tiranga Yatra, but the police foiled their plan saying Section 144 is being imposed, so it’s not allowed to make any large gathering. Police also said that any mass gathering without permission can have an impact on the law and order. People who carry out tiranga yatra have been asked not to do it.

Once again, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal came out with saffron flags along with respected National Flag of the country. Earlier in kasganj on 26th January, the people taking out Tiranga Yatra were also carrying saffron flag along with the respected national flag of the country.
